Our Mission
Good Insights, Great Value.
Supporting enduring value through insights into the future.
Every company has its own unique "core of thinking."
What do they value, and where are they headed?
MVV Insights uses AI to decode vast amounts of disclosed information,
visualizing the essence of companies from both philosophical and numerical perspectives.
We begin by deeply understanding and clearly explaining
the unique "character" embodied in corporate philosophies.
The path of upholding a philosophy is never smooth.
There will be moments when you face conflicts and difficulties,
sometimes tempted to compromise or give up between ideals and reality.
Yet we believe that maintaining your company's unique "character"
and persevering in your convictions is what creates
"great companies" that generate value across generations.
Going beyond merely "good" to truly become "great" companies.
We believe this has the power to brighten the daily lives of working people
and fill society as a whole with vitality and prosperity.
Through carefully interpreting and communicating each company's unique "character,"
we support companies that continue to challenge themselves toward greatness,
and the people who gather there.
Operator Profile
Takamasa MatsumotoEditor & Operator, MVV Insights
A design strategist with some 20 years of practice spanning UX/UI, brand, and organizational design. He joined the payment startup Coiney as a founding member in 2012, and for roughly a decade — as the organization grew into hey and then STORES, scaling to 500 people — served as head of design, overseeing UX/UI, brand, business, and organizational design.
His specialty is organizational culture design: making a philosophy take root in an organization, not just declaring it. He drove cultural integration (PMI) through three corporate mergers, and as Head of BX (Brand Experience) led the new corporate brand strategy from planning to execution when the company was renamed. He was creative director for the corporate mission, vision and values, and led a bottom-up values program in which roughly 320 employees took part, distilling some 1,200 contributed phrases into three value statements.
He founded beagle go Inc. in 2019, continuing to support organization building through design consulting.
Two decades of integrating philosophy, brand, and corporate strategy led to one conviction: a philosophy should be read through its consistency with practice, not through the words alone. In 2026 he launched MVV Insights as his answer.
